PBIS
Teaching behavioral expectations and rewarding students for following them is a much more positive approach than waiting for misbehavior to occur before responding. The purpose of school-wide PBIS is to establish a climate in which appropriate behavior is the norm.

Dear Mom, Dad or Guardian:
Today I had a minor infraction in school. The teacher will be recording the incident in eduCLIMBER. I am responsible for contacting home, and I will need to reflect on the following:
What did I do?
Why is this problem inappropriate, or what issue did this problem cause?
What will I do differently next time to help learning?
Sincerely,
Teacher:
